They are also said to promote weight loss. But since I was still not satisfied with just reading the articles, I went to the part where the readers can give their comments.

I Love Peanut Butter Brownies

I think I am addicted to peanut butter brownies. Okay, that might be a bit of a stretch but they are my new favorite snack food. I can’t even call the ones that I eat junk food because they are anything but that. I order them from a website that has a lot of healthy snack options. The peanut butter brownies are the bomb though, and the best part is that they are only 100 calories each. All of the ingredients are all natural, and there are no trans fats either. I get plenty of fiber and protein from just one brownie, so it’s kind of hard to find anything wrong with them. Even the size of just one is enough to satisfy me when I have a craving for something really sweet. I haven’t tried the blondies yet, but I am going to order some when I order more brownies next week.
